After losing the appeal, the NFL has formally appealed Berman’s decision to vacate Brady’s four-game suspension, but the league will not seek an injunction to prevent the quarterback from playing while the process plays out. Brady will be in uniform when the Patriots host the Steelers in Week 1.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Patriots are now 7-point home favorites over the Steelers after opening as 6.5-point favorite. When Brady was suspended, the line for that game dropped all the way down to 3.5 at some books. As for the total, it currently sits at 51 for Pittsburgh and New England’s Week 1 battle.

The Patriots’ odds to win the 2016 Super Bowl have also improved, going from 10/1 to 9/1. The Pats are also now 15/4 to win the AFC after being 4/1, while their odds to win the AFC East Division went from 2/3 to 2/1.
