Buffalo had one of the top performances of Week 1, as the Bills defeated Kansas City 41-7 on Sunday on the road. The Bills held Kansas City to just 213 yards of offense and kept the Chiefs rushing attack, which led the NFL last season, to just 108 rushing yards. For Buffalo, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 208 yards and four touchdowns.
Oakland closed out the opening week with a 23-20 win at Denver. The Raiders had just 289 yards of offense in the win, but the Oakland defense forced three turnovers from Denver and kept the Broncos to just 38 rushing yards. Conversely, Oakland had a great ground presence as Darren McFadden had 150 yards on 22 carries.
In terms of Injuries, Oakland receivers Louis Murphy and Jacoby Ford are both questionable with hamstring injuries while Buffalo linebacker Arthur Moats is out until late September due to a leg injury.
