Derek Carr completed 19-of-27 passes for 215 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Raiders’ 32-13, Week 11 loss to the Bengals. After a blistering start to the year, Carr has cooled off in recent weeks. He has four touchdowns and four interceptions over the past three weeks and no 300-yard games. The Raiders are also on a three-game losing streak. With Henry Ruggs out of the picture, Carr was forced to use Darren Waller as his deep target in this game. All four of Carr’s passes that netted more than 20 yards went to Waller. He’ll look to rebound versus the Cowboys next week but it’s possible that the Raiders’ slump continues. Carr can only be trusted as a QB2 in Week 12.

Ezekiel Elliott (knee) was not listed on the final injury report for Week 12 against the Raiders. Elliott is dealing with a knee injury that made him limited on Monday, but he got in full sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday before being left off the final injury report. Elliott is set up for a good game against a lackluster run defense. He is a mid-range RB1 this week.
