Baltimore Ravens DFS Spin
Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson injured his knee in the Ravens’ 10-9 win over the Broncos last weekend. He’s officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s contest, but he is unlikely to play this weekend and could miss a few starts after this game as well. For the Ravens, it will probably be Tyler Huntley at quarterback. Huntley is a third-year player out of Utah who went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft. He is 1-3 in his career as a starter with a touchdown pass-to-interception ratio of 3-5 and a passer rating of 77.3. Because of Huntley’s presence, most of Baltimore’s pass catchers take a hit in value.
If you need a cost-effective sleeper at running back, consider Baltimore’s Kenyan Drake. Drake leads all Baltimore running backs in rushing yards this season, and he led the Ravens in carries last week against the Broncos. Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins has been designated to return from injured reserve, but he didn’t play last weekend and is listed as questionable for this game. Drake could benefit if Dobbins sits again.
Pittsburgh Steelers DFS Spin
If you’re looking for a home run play at wide receiver, consider Pittsburgh rookie wideout George Pickens. Pickens leads the Steelers in receptions of 20+ yards with 11. He’s also topped 50 receiving yards 5 times in his last 9 games. Teams have been able to pass on the Ravens (21st in opponent yards per pass attempt), and Pickens could be in for a big day.
The other Pittsburgh pass catcher to consider is tight end Pat Freiermuth. Freiermuth is second on the team in targets and catches and leads the team with 597 receiving yards on the season. Kenny Pickett may be looking to George Pickens and Pat Freiermuth a lot on Sunday, and that creates value for DFS purposes.

Ravens vs. Steelers Prediction:
Lamar Jackson is out and the Steelers have won 3 out of their last 4 contests. Baltimore has struggled in their last 3 games, scoring only 16.7 points per contest, a figure that ranks 28th in the league. Those were the numbers they put up with Lamar Jackson. They will be forced to start Tyler Huntley on the road in a tough division matchup against a defense that ranks 6th in the NFL in opponent completion percentage. The public is on the Ravens, but I’m not. I’ll lay the points with the Steelers at home.
