Pittsburgh Steelers DFS Spin
Mitch Trubisky completed 21-of-33 attempts for 168 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Steelers’ 17-14, Week 2 loss to the Patriots. Trubisky’s interception was on him, his pass to Diontae Johnson was undercut by a defender and tipped, then intercepted by another Jalen Mills. His TD pass was a decent throw to Pat Freiermuth. Overall, Trubisky kept the Steelers in the game but looks unable to elevate the offense. The Steelers will look to grind out another close game against the Browns in Week 3.
Cleveland Browns DFS Spin
Nick Chubb rushed 17 times for 87 yards and three touchdowns in the Browns’ Week 2 loss to the Jets. Chubb added three catches for 26 yards on three pass-game targets. He appeared to put the game away with a 12-yard touchdown run with 1:55 left, putting the Browns up 31-17, but Cleveland allowed a 66-yard score to Corey Davis, the Jets recovered the onside kick, and then won the game with a 15-yard score to Garrett Wilson. Chubb was the star on the Browns’ side, scoring from four, seven, and 12 yards out. He’s now totaled over 100 yards in back-to-back games to open the season in the Browns’ run-heavy offense and is a locked-in RB1 every week with a date with the Steelers on deck.
