Pittsburgh Steelers DFS Spin
Kenny Pickett completed 25-of-42 passes for 265 yards and a touchdown in the Steelers’ 37-30 Week 11 loss to the Bengals. Pickett added two rushes for 14 yards. The rookie completed 59 percent of his attempts in a high-volume passing attack, often missing open receivers from a clean pocket. Pickett nearly threw a late fourth quarter touchdown that would have salvaged his fantasy day but the Pittsburgh receiver was stopped short of the goal line and Najee Harris punched it in on the next play. Pickett has proven worthy as a superflex starting option and little more. In Week 12 against the Colts, he’ll be a desperation streaming option in one-QB formats.
Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin
Matt Ryan completed 23-of-32 passes for 213 yards in the Colts’ Week 11 loss to the Eagles. Ryan averaged only 6.7 YPA while taking four sacks. The Colts had a chance to put the Eagles away late in the fourth quarter but settled for a field goal, allowing the Eagles to edge out a win on a Jalen Hurts TD. Ryan took a step back a week after returning as the Colts’ starter and leading them to a win in Week 10. The Colts have played better under interim HC Jeff Saturday the last two weeks, but have remained one of the least pass-heavy teams, averaging just over 200 yards per game. Ryan and the Colts host the Steelers in Week 12.
