Super Bowl 51 Prop Odds: How many times will “deflategate” be mentioned?

Deflategate Super Bowl 51 Prop Odds

The Super Bowl 51 prop odds are out and one thing that bettors can wager on is how many times “deflategate” will be brought up in the broadcast.

Tom Brady was suspended for the first four games this season for his alleged role in the “Deflategate” saga that impacting the Patriots two seasons ago. The Patriots still went 3-1 in Brady’s absence and one of the bigger storylines to emerge during Super Bowl week is whether or not NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will have to hand the Lombardi Trophy to Brady after suspending him to start the season. Fun stuff.

Bovada.lv also lists a few other prop odds related to the “Deflategate” scandal, including whether or not Brady, Bill Belichick or owner Robert Kraft will be seen shaking Goodell’s hand on TV. The prop odd is predicated on the Patriots winning, however, so if the Falcons lose then the wager is null and void. The handshake must be clearly shown after the final whistle and on live broadcast.
