Bet Patriots vs. Eagles Super Bowl LII

What color will the liquid be that is dumped on the head coach of the winning team? Blue Gatorade has the best odds at 5/2. If the Gatorade is clear or if it’s not Gatorade and it’s just water, the odds are 4/1. Orange Gatorade is 11/4, purple Gatorade is 10/1, red Gatorade is 3/1, and yellow/green Gatorade is 14/5.

What color has the Gatorade bath been in recent history? Well, there was no bath a year ago because the Patriots scored in overtime and then rushed the field as soon as they scored. But the year before, the Broncos’ Gatorade color was orange. The year before that, the Patriots used blue Gatorade to dump on Bill Belichick.

Since Super Bowl 35, the Gatorade color has been clear or water four times. It has been yellow twice, purple twice and orange four times. Since the Ravens’ victory over the Giants in Super Bowl 35, there has not been a red Gatorade bath. Including last year, there has been no Gatorade bath four times.

Our Prediction: Water/clear at 4/1. A quick Google search shows that Belichick has been dumped on with water/clear Gatorade a couple of times and blue Gatorade a few times. Since blue has not been a color over the past 20 years, we’ll play the odds and go with water/clear.
