Eagles vs. Seahawks Week 13 Odds
SEATTLE, WA (The Spread) – Two 4-7 teams will battle tonight in Seattle when the Seahawks host the Eagles at 8:20PM ET.
PHILADELPHIA: Following their 17-10 victory over the Giants on Sunday Night Football in Week 11, some started to buy back into the Eagles as potential playoff contenders. But after the Patriots hammered the Eagles 38-20 in Philadelphia last weekend, you’d be hard pressed to find a lot of people still on the Philly bandwagon. The loss to New England dropped the Eagles record to 4-7 on the year and 4-7 against the spread, as they failed to cover for the third time in four weeks. Michael Vick will miss his third straight game tonight, which means Vince Young will once again be under center for Philadelphia.
SEATTLE: The Seahawks couldn’t make it three wins in a row last Sunday when they were beaten by the Redskins, 23-17. That dropped Seattle’s record to 4-7 on the year and 6-4-1 against the spread, as the Hawks failed to cover for only the first time in four games. One of the lone bright spots for Seattle has been Marshawn Lynch, who has rushed for seven touchdowns and 706 yards on the year. He could have a field day running against Philadelphia’s soft run defense.
