Ryan Tannehill completed 27-of-45 passes for 389 yards and three touchdowns in the Titans’ 41-35 Week 13 loss to the Browns. Tannehill, who threw 45 times, piled on garbage time yardage after the Browns decimated the Titans in the first half. He targeted Corey Davis a dozen times, and his day could have been even better if A.J. Brown had held on to a nicely thrown long ball in the second half. The Browns gave Tannehill anything he wanted underneath for the entire fourth quarter, so the Titans dinked and dunked their way to a couple late scores. Tannehill will be a low-end QB1 play next week against the Jaguars.

Mike Glennon threw ten deep balls in Week 13 against the Vikings, more than any quarterback in the NFL. Glennon threw for 280 yards, a touchdown, and a pick in the Jaguars’ overtime loss to Minnesota. Nearly 24 percent of his passes were more than 20 yards downfield, according to Pro Football Focus. In Week 12 against the Browns, Glennon was third among all QBs in deep shots. It’s certainly not unwelcome news for D.J. Chark, the team’s primary downfield receiver who led the Jags in targets in Week 13. Glennon, quite shockingly, is a solid superflex option if he keeps the starting gig. He gets the Titans and their horrific secondary in Week 14.

Titans vs. Jaguars Week 14 Prediction

The home team is 8-3-1 against the spread in the last 12 meetings in this series, while the Titans are just 2-6-1 against the number in their last nine games in Jacksonville. Tennessee is also just 2-6 against the spread in its last eight games as a favorite, is 6-20-1 against the number in its last 27 road games versus a team with a losing record and is 19-40-1 against the spread in its last 60 games after scoring more than 30 points in its previous contest.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars have covered the spread in four of their last five games overall, are 4-1 against the number in their last five divisional games and have covered in four of their last five games following a loss.
