Updated NFL Championship Odds
(The Spread) – The odds have shifted in both of today’s NFL conference championship games, so check out the latest spreads and totals.
After opening as a 9-point favorite at most offshore books and a 7.5-point favorite in Las Vegas, the New England Patriots are now a 7-point favorite versus the Baltimore Ravens in the 2012 AFC Championship Game at 3:00PM ET. As for the total, it opened at 50.5 and depending on what sports book you view, it either remains at that number or has dropped to 50.
The Ravens are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five conference games while the Patriots are 1-6 against the number in their last seven playoff games. The over is 4-1 in the Ravens’ last five road games and 6-0 in the Patriots’ last six contests in the month of January.

In the NFC Championship Game at 6:30PM ET, the San Francisco 49ers are currently either a 1, 1.5 or 2-point favorite over the New York Giants depending on what sports book you view. The over/under total keeps dropping after opening at 44.5, as it’s now down to 41.5 or 42 depending on the book.
The Giants are 7-0 against the spread in their last seven road playoff games and 4-0 ATS in their last four games as an underdog. The Niners, meanwhile, are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 conference games and 12-2 ATS in their last 14 games as a favorite. The over is also 4-1 in San Fran’s last five home playoff games and 4-1 in New York’s last five games as a road underdog.
