Dalvin Cook rushed 22 times for 86 yards and one touchdown in the Vikings’ Week 11 win over the Packers, adding three receptions for 29 yards on four targets. Cook was quiet early in the game, with most of his fantasy production coming from a one yard TD. That score was a gift from Justin Jefferson being called down at the one. Jefferson appeared to score, but there wasn’t a conclusive angle to overturn the call. Cook got going as the game went on, however. He began ripping off runs up the middle in the third quarter and had the final 12 yard rush that set the Vikings up for their game-winning field goal. He also had a nice 19 yard catch and run earlier in the drive. Cook will be a clear-cut RB1 against the 49ers in Week 12.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Elijah Mitchell (finger, questionable) is expected to play Week 12 against the Vikings. This was expected after coach Kyle Shanahan said the team found a way to protect Mitchell’s broken finger. There is some concern Mitchell’s workload will be limited while playing through the injury, but he was clearly the No. 1 back over Jeff Wilson when both were active Week 10. Wilson also failed to impress in his Week 11 audition for the lead role. Even with the injury, Mitchell looks like an upside RB2.
