Minnesota Vikings DFS Spin

Adam Thielen (ankle) is listed as questionable for Week 15 against Chicago. Thielen didn’t practice this week but is capable of playing without practicing. The Vikings are expected to take him to game-time. Even if active, Thielen isn’t going to be 100 percent, and playing on the Monday night slate makes this a situation to avoid. Thielen’s managers will need to hedge with K.J. Osborn if they plan to wait out his status.

Chicago Bears DFS Spin

Bears placed WR Allen Robinson, DB Eddie Jackson, RB Ryan Nall, LB Joel Iyiegbuniwe, and TE Jesse James on the reserve/COVID-19 list. The cases keep piling up in Chicago, who have an extra day this week to prepare for the Vikings on Monday night football. It seems unlikely that any of these players will clear protocols for the game at this point, and it’s mostly notable from a fantasy perspective for Darnell Mooney, who should see his target share go up. The Bears also listed six other players on the injury report with an illness today, though none of those players have been placed on the COVID-19 list yet.

Vikings vs. Bears Betting Prediction

The Vikings are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games in Chicago and are 2-6 against the number in their last eight games versus the Bears overall. Minnesota is also 1-4 against the number in its last five divisional games, is 3-12 against the spread in its last 15 games on MNF and is 0-7 at the betting window in its last seven games when facing an opponent with a losing record. On the other side, the Bears are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games played on Monday night, are 7-3 against the number in their last 10 home games when facing an opponent with a losing road record and are 4-1 ATS in their last five games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
