Cousins’ injury appeared to be to his arm or midsection, as he protected his right side after returning to the field. He could miss some practice time this week. Cousins peppered newcomer T.J. Hockenson with nine targets on the day, finding most of his success in the middle of the field. After connecting with Justin Jefferson thrice — including a red zone touchdown — in the game’s first possession, Cousins mostly ignored his top dog until late in the second half. Cousins and the Minnesota passing offense will likely be pushed in their Week 10 matchup with Buffalo — a great fantasy spot for everyone involved.
Buffalo Bills DFS Spin
Bills elevated RB Duke Johnson and CB Xavier Rhodes but did not elevate QB Matt Barkley for Week 10 against the Vikings. The fact that the team did not elevate a third quarterback ahead of their Week 10 contest against the Vikings indicates that Josh Allen is closer to playing than sitting. Sean McDermott earlier stated that Allen is “hour to hour,” indicating a final decision on his status isn’t likely before inactives are released 90 minutes prior to first kick. That said, expect Allen to be active with the recent developments in mind, albeit with a chance that Case Keenum starts, reserving Allen for emergency duties only.
