Vikings vs. Chargers Prediction
The Chargers are only laying a field goal to the visiting Vikings on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET. Is this a trap game for bettors or is it safe to lay the three points with the better overall team?

Minnesota Vikings DFS Spin
Kirk Cousins completed 17-of-28 for 187 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings’ Week 9 loss to the Ravens, adding one rush for one yard and a touchdown. It was a lackluster performance from Cousins outside a 50-yard touchdown connection with Justin Jefferson in the first quarter. He continually settled for dump offs instead of challenging the beatable Baltimore secondary downfield. Fantasy wise, Cousins ended up OK thanks mostly to a one-yard leap into the end zone and a late touchdown toss to red zone maven Adam Thielen. Cousins could have a low fantasy floor next week against a Chargers defense that’s begging for a heavy dose of Dalvin Cook.
Los Angeles Chargers DFS Spin
Justin Herbert completed 32-of-38 passes for 356 yards and two touchdowns, scrambling five times for 14 yards and a rushing score in Los Angeles’ 27-24 Week 9 win over the Eagles. Herbert completed a career-high 84% of his passes against Philly, simultaneously registering his 12th career 300-yard game, two more than any other quarterback through two seasons in NFL history — Patrick Mahomes and Dan Marino each had 10. It was a show for the ages following the team’s letdown against the Patriots as Herbert completed 9-of-10 throws for 137 yards and two scores from play-action and 17-of-18 when getting the ball out of his hands within 2.5 seconds from snap to throw, finding Mike Williams for a 49-yard gain and using his legs to cap off a fourth-quarter drive to put the Chargers up 24-17 in the final 15 minutes. The Chargers converted two fourth-and-1 situations on their game-winning drive to eventually put this one to bed. Managers should again consider Herbert a middle-of-the-road QB1 in a tasty matchup in Week 10 against the Vikings.
