HBO Hard Knocks Odds
(The Spread) – Which team will be featured in HBO’s upcoming season of “Hard Knocks?” The odds are in Rex Ryan’s favor.
While the Jets haven’t received a formal invite to be on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” this summer, owner Woody Johnson said, “When we do, we’ll take a look at it.” This has lead oddsmakers to favor the Jets to be the team featured in the upcoming season of the show.
According to oddsmakers the Jets are 3/2 favorites to appear on “Hard Knocks,” while the Denver Broncos, who signed Peyton Manning two weeks ago, are 3/1 and the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants are 5/1. The New Orleans Saints are also 5/1, although it seems like it would be a stretch to have the 2009 Super Bowl champs appear on the show following the team’s punishment for its “bounty program.”

Continuing with the odds, the Patriots are 15/2 while the Cowboys and Colts are 10/1, respectively. The Philadelphia Eagles are 12/1 to appear on “Hard Knocks,” while the Green Bay Packers are the long shots at 15/1.
The Jets are definitely the most logical team to be on “Hard Knocks” after Ryan made the show a hit a couple of summers ago. Plus, with the addition of Tim Tebow to the roster, the Jets only become more attractive to HBO and its viewers.
