CINCINNATI (AP) -The Cincinnati Bengals on Friday signed veteran defensive lineman Michael Myers to a two-year contract.
Myers, a 10-year pro who was an unrestricted free agent, started every game last season for the Broncos. The 6-foot-2, 300-pound tackle led Denver’s line last season with 80 tackles. He had two sacks, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
He was drafted from Alabama as a fourth-round choice by Dallas, and played with Cleveland before Denver obtained him a 2005 trade.
The Bengals also signed their leading 2006 tackler, restricted free-agent linebacker Landon Johnson.
