ST. LOUIS (AP) -The St. Louis Rams added depth to their battered offensive line, signing center Nick Leckey on Saturday.
Leckey had been with the Arizona Cardinals, the Rams’ opponent Sunday, since he was drafted in the sixth round in 2004. He played the first two games of this season and appeared in 44 games with Arizona, including 20 starts, before being released on Sept. 19.
Leckey made 11 starts last season.
The Rams cleared roster space by releasing defensive tackle Louis Leonard.
