According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, St. Louis is a -167 money line home favorite to emerge victorious against Boston, which has +147 odds to pull off the upset. Bet Tonight’s Bruins vs. Blues Game

Tuukka Rask is in a bit of a funk lately. He’s 1-4-0 over his last five games, which includes a 2-1 loss to the Devils in which he allowed two goals on just 15 shots. He hasn’t allowed more than three goals in any of those five contests and is still 29-22-7 on the year, but Rask clearly isn’t playing at an elite level right now.

But do you know who is? Brian Elliott, who will start tonight in between the pipes for the Blues. He’s on fire right now and is coming off a performance in which he stopped 20 of 21 shots in Tuesday’s 3-1 win over the Avalanche. He’s won nine straight decisions to improve his record to 21-7-6 and owns a nasty 1.92 goals-against-average and a .935 save percentage in 2015-16.

The Blues are 4-0 in their last four home games and are 13-3 in their last 16 games coming off a win. The Bruins, meanwhile, have lost six of their last seven and have dropped five of their last six on the road. They’re also winless at 0-4 in their last four games playing on two days of rest.
