NHL Prediction: Coyotes vs. Blues
The Coyotes have had their issues beating the Blues, although they’re also coming off a win versus St. Louis on Thursday night. Can the Coyotes pull off the upset again or is there a better play on the board when these teams meet on Saturday afternoon?

Arizona Coyotes DFS Spin
Antti Raanta allowed three goals on 43 shots in Thursday’s 4-3 win over the St. Louis Blues. It looked like Raanta was going to pick up a shutout in this game, but the Coyotes ended up allowing three goals in the final 3:15 of this game. Thankfully for Arizona, they were up 3-0 and 4-1 at the time. Raanta put together a strong effort between the pipes for the Coyotes. The 31-year-old hadn’t played since the second game of the season, so it was encouraging to see him play so well. He owns a 2-0-0 record with a 3.00 goals-against-average and a .922 save percentage this season.
St. Louis Blues Spin
Jordan Binnington allowed three goals on 29 shots in Thursday’s 4-3 loss to the Arizona Coyotes. The final score made this game seem closer than it actually was. The Blues were down 3-0 and 4-1 in the third period, but they managed to score three goals in the final 3:15 of regulation. Binnington came up with a rather impressive stick save on Coyotes forward Conor Garland, but it wasn’t enough. This loss puts an end to his personal four-game winning streak and it gives him an overall record of 6-2-1 on the season. He’ll enter his next outing with 2.63 goals-against-average and a .915 save percentage.
Coyotes vs. Blues Prediction
I don’t trust the Coyotes to pull off another upset and the Blues haven’t been good enough on the puckline to back them today, so let’s take a look at the total. The over is 10-2-1 in the Coyotes’ last 13 games overall, is 5-0 in their last five games as a raod underdog and is 5-0 in their last five road games overall. The over is also 9-1 in Arizona’s last 10 games when facing an opponent with a winning record.
On the other side, the over is 6-1 in the Blues’ last seven games, is 5-1 in their last six games as a favorite and is 6-1 in their last seven games playing on one day of rest.
