Vegas Golden Knights DFS SPIN
Alex Pietrangelo (personal) isn’t expected to play Thursday against Pittsburgh, according to Owen Krepps of Vegas Hockey Now. Pietrangelo also missed Monday’s 3-2 shootout win against Columbus. He has three goals and 21 points in 23 contests this season. If Pietrangelo isn’t available then Ben Hutton will likely play for the second straight game.
Pittsburgh Penguins DFS SPIN
Kris Letang will be out indefinitely after suffering a stroke Monday. “I am optimistic that I will be back on the ice soon,” Letang said Wednesday in a statement. According to the team release, Letang isn’t suffering from any long-term effects and is expected back once a medical plan can be put into place. This is the second stroke Letang has suffered during his playing career, with the previous one occurring in 2014 due to a hole in the wall of his heart. While the Penguins aren’t currently providing a timeline for Letang’s return, he was sidelined for two months during the previous episode.
