Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 34-of-36 shots in Saturday’s 3-2 overtime win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Make it 13 straight wins for the Panthers. Bobrovsky got off to a rocky start, yielding goals to Mitchell Marner and Justin Holl in the first period to put his team into a 2-0 hole, but he was brilliant over the final two-plus periods of the contest, giving his offensive mates plenty of space to make a minor comeback. This was Bobrovsky’s fifth consecutive start in which he has surrendered two or fewer goals. Showing next on Florida’s schedule, a Sunday matchup with the Lightning to warp on a weekend back-to-back.
