Tampa Bay Lightning DFS Spin
Andrei Vasilevskiy surrendered six goals on 34 shots in a 6-2 loss to the New York Rangers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final on Wednesday. Vasilevskiy only gave up just three goals on 154 shots during Tampa Bay’s second-round series against Florida. He may have been a bit rusty after eight days between games. Vasilevskiy has been a bounce-back machine in the playoffs since 2020 and he will look to rebound again on Friday night in Game 2.
New York Rangers DFS Spin
Igor Shesterkin made 37 saves on 39 shots in Wednesday’s 6-2 win against Tampa Bay in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final. The Lightning managed to tie the game twice before the Rangers pulled ahead and Shesterkin closed the door completely. Tampa Bay outshot New York by a 17-9 margin in the third period, but Shesterkin turned aside them all and the Rangers added two more goals for a 6-2 victory in the series opener. He will look for a third straight playoff win on Friday in Game 2.
