LINE MOVEMENT

Los Angeles opened as a -180 favorite to win before the line ballooned, while the total has remained at 5.5 goals. The Kings range from a -198 favorite to -210 if you shop around, while Colorado is between +170 and +183. The total is at 5.5 everywhere.

PUBLIC BETTING

As of Monday afternoon, 68 percent of public bets are pouring in on LA. Online wager info also says that 51 percent of bets are being placed on the over.

INJURY TO WATCH

Avalanche center Colin Wilson (lower body) is questionable to play tonight. Goalie Semyon Varlamov (knee) and defenseman Mark Barberio (lower body) are both out indefinitely. Defenseman Erik Johnson (knee) is out until late May. For the Kings, center Alex Iafallo (lower body) is questionable. Defenseman Jake Muzzin (upper body) is out indefinitely.

BETTING STRATEGY

The under in the last 10 meetings in this series is 5-3-2. Colorado is only 31-40 on unders this season, but Los Angeles evens it out by going 42-35 on unders. The Avs hit the over in their last game, a 4-3 overtime loss at the Ducks, but had previously stayed under the total the four games before that. The Kings have hit the under in six of their last nine games. Seems like this will be a game where scoring is going to be difficult.
