According to oddsmakers at YouWager, the Nashville Predators are favored, as they are getting +200 odds. Other short odds to win are the Vegas Golden Knights (+275), the Winnipeg Jets (+300) and the San Jose Sharks (+850).
Bet on Stanley Cup Playoff Odds
The Predators are the top seed in the Western Conference after going 53-18-11 this season and posting 117 points. Nashville had 267 goals while allowing just 211, which was the second fewest goals allowed in the conference. The Preds are opening the playoffs against Colorado. Nashville is the defending champion in the West and seeking to win its second conference title.
The Vegas Golden Knights are in their first year as a program, yet managed to win the Pacific Division. The Knights went 51-24-7 and posted 109 points. They have 272 goals while allowing 228. Vegas will face Los Angeles in the first round of the playoffs.
The Jets finished second in the Central Division after posting a 52-20-10 record for 114 points. Winnipeg scored 277 goals this season while allowing just 218. They had the most goals in the conference and allowed the third fewest. The Jets will face Minnesota in the first round as they seek their first conference title in franchise history.
San Jose finished third in the Pacific Division after going 45-27-10 this season and collecting 100 points. The Sharks scored 252 goals while allowing 229. They will have to start the playoffs on the road against the Anaheim Ducks. San Jose is looking to win its second conference title in program history, the last coming in 2016.
