According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Los Angeles Kings are favored to win the West, as they have 4/1 odds while the Anaheim Ducks, Chicago Blackhawks and Dallas Stars each have 9/2 odds.

The Kings were 48-28-6 on the season for 102 points. They had just the fifth-best record in the West. The Kings face the Sharks in the opening round of the playoffs. Los Angeles has won the conference title three times, last winning in 2014.
The Ducks were 46-25-11 on the season for 103 points, which puts them third in the West, but the division champion in the Pacific. Anaheim faces Nashville in the opening round. The Ducks are two-time conference champs, last winning in 2007.

The Blackhawks were 47-26-9 on the season for 103 points, which tied them for the third-most points in the third. Chicago faces the St. Louis Blues in the first round. The Blackhawks have won the conference title four times and are the defending champions.
The Stars were 50-23-9 overall this season for 109 points, which was the best record in the West. Dallas meets Minnesota in the opening round. The Stars are two-time conference champs, last winning in 2000.
