According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, San Jose is a slim favorite at home, as the Sharks are getting odds of -110 to win, while the Penguins are getting a money line of +100 on the road. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 5 goals. Pittsburgh holds a 3-2 lead in this series.
San Jose is 60-35-10 overall, 26-22-4 at home and 52-42 with the over. Pittsburgh is 63-31-11 overall, 28-17-6 on the road and 46-41 with the over. The Sharks were able to force Game 6 by picking up a 4-2 win in Pittsburgh for Game 5. The road team has won the last two games by two goals each after the home team won the first three by one goal apiece.

It’s hard to believe San Jose is still in this series. Rookie goaltender Matt Murray finally played like one as he allowed three goals in his first five shots. Yet Pittsburgh had 46 shots to San Jose’s 22 and scored just two goals in a 4-2 loss. Pittsburgh has dominated the shots in this series and ultimately after winning Game 4 on the road, should have no problem winning Game 6.
