Colorado Avalanche leading scorer Paul Stastny was placed on the injured list Saturday, two days after the second-year forward had his appendix removed. Stastny, who had been chosen for next week’s NHL All-Star game, could be sidelined for up to three weeks. He has 17 goals and a team-high 49 points in 46 games this season.
