LUCKY BOUNCES

Early in the first period, Henrik Zetterberg’s shot – that appeared to be a pass – deflected off Ducks defenseman Francois Beauchemin and got past goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere.
SNAPPED
Detroit’s Dominik Hasek gave up his first goal in nearly 157 minutes on Friday night, but it was the only tally he surrendered in a 2-1 win over Anaheim in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals. He finished with 31 saves.
