SPEAKING
“That’s hockey. But when that break goes our way, we don’t overanalyze that. We just take the break. When it goes against you, I don’t think you want to spend a whole lot of time analyzing that.” – Detroit coach Mike Babcock after Anaheim’s 2-1 overtime win over the Red Wings on Sunday. The Ducks tied the score at 1 with 47.3 seconds left in regulation on a goal that deflected off Detroit defenseman Nicklas Lidstrom’s stick.
