TORONTO (AP) -The injury-depleted Toronto Maple Leafs lost another key center when Nik Antropov was injured Saturday night against the Buffalo Sabres.
Toronto, already missing captain Mats Sundin (groin), saw Antropov leave early in the game because of a knee injury. He was limited to just under three minutes of ice time, and the Maple Leafs said he wouldn’t return.
Sundin and Antropov are Toronto’s top two leaders in goals and points this season.
