OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -Carlos Boozer had 34 points and 12 rebounds as the Jazz handed the eighth-seeded Golden State Warriors their first home loss of the postseason, 115-101 Sunday night to put Utah up 3-1 in their second-round playoff series.
Derek Fisher scored 14 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter for the surprising Jazz, who can clinch their first trip to the conference finals since 1998 with a victory at home in Game 5 Tuesday night.
Deron Williams had 20 points and 13 assists as the Jazz finally solved the riddle of Oracle Arena, where the underdog Warriors won their first four playoff home games.
Al Harrington scored 24 points before fouling out, but Baron Davis had just 15 points and seven assists in the Warriors’ first home loss in 10 games dating to the regular season.
Bulls 102, Pistons 87
CHICAGO (AP) – Luol Deng scored 25 points, Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon added 19 apiece, and Chicago hung on to beat Detroit in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Unlike Game 3, when the Bulls saw a 19-point lead dissolve into a seven-point loss, Chicago withstood a late push by a Detroit team that had won 12 of 13 closeout games.
Deng was 10-of-15 after shooting 38 percent in the first three games and grabbed 13 rebounds. Hinrich added 10 assists and Ben Wallace grabbed 17 rebounds against his former team.
Chauncey Billups led Detroit with 23 points. Tayshaun Prince added 18, but Richard Hamilton, Rasheed Wallace and Chris Webber all had rough afternoons.
