TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released cornerback Juran Bolden and three other players on Monday.
Bolden, who has played with six teams during a nine-year NFL career, signed with the Bucs as a free agent in March 2005. He appeared in 32 games over the past two seasons, including 13 starts, and had three interceptions and one sack.
Also released were safety Tra Boger, long snapper Adam Johnson and defensive tackle Kenny Smith. The club withdrew a tender offer to restricted free agent Blue Adams, meaning the fourth-year safety is now an unrestricted free agent.
