Several news outlets are reporting that Plaxico Burress has been cut
from the New York Giants. Oddsmakers are already reacting to the impact
this will have on the Giants chances in 2009.
Yesterday oddsmakers from several top online sports books had the New York Giants listed as 4/1 favorites to win Super Bowl 44. Friday afternoon oddsmakers made it clear the Giants were no longer the favorites dropping them to 10/1.
Burress has been away from the team since shooting himself inside a strip club in 2008.
