RUTGERS: The Scarlet Knights have won four-straight games and are now 5-1 on the 2011 season. They’re atop the Big East standings, tied with Cincinnati and West Virginia, who are also 5-1. Rutgers has been outstanding against the spread this year, covering in five of its first six games. The only non-cover the Knights had was against Navy last week in a 21-20 victory. Mohamed Sanu leads the team in touchdowns (5) and receiving yards (555).
LOUISVILLE: The Cardinals’ 25-16 loss at Cincinnati last Saturday dropped their record to 2-4 on the year and 3-3 against the spread. If Louisville has any chance to get back into the Big East race, it has to win tonight at home. DeVante Parker leads the team with three touchdowns while Dominique Brown has rushed for a team-high 211 yards and Teddy Bridgewater has thrown for 709 yards.
