MILWAUKEE, WI (The Spread) – The Brewers held onto a 4-3 victory last night against the Giants and will look to have continued success against San Francisco tonight.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovad.lv, the Brewers are -137 money line favorites over the visiting Giants tonight, who are +126 money line underdogs. The total for this 8:10PM ET start time is currently sitting at 7.5 runs.
Ryan Vogelsong will take the hill for the Giants sporting a 6-8 record and a 3.88 ERA on the year. He’s also 2-3 with a 6.05 ERA in 12 career appearances (seven starts) versus Milwaukee. On the other side, the Brewers will throw Yovani Gallardo, who is 6-5 with a 3.38 ERA and is 6-3 with a solid 2.81 ERA versus the Giants.
Per latest trends, the Brewers are 4-1 in Gallardo’s last five home starts against the Giants and 5-2 in his last seven starts overall versus San Francisco.
