(The Spread) – Where will former long-term Chicago Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher wind up? Let’s check out the odds.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Ravens are the current favorites to land Urlacher at 23/10 odds, while the Giants have the next-best odds at 5/2. The Bengals are 7/2, the Broncos are 4/1 and both the Vikings and Falcons are 6/1, respectively. The Raiders are the current long-shot to sign Urlacher at 8/1.
The Ravens are a logical fit for Urlacher because Ray Lewis is set to retire, although all of these teams have needs at linebacker (whether it be in the middle or on the strong-side). ESPN’s Ed Werder reported last week that a “few teams” are interested in Urlacher, but nothing is imminent and no visits have been arranged.
While the Bears haven’t ruled out re-signing Urlacher, the odds are against the notion. “That’s up to the market and (GM Phil Emery) and (coach Marc Trestman),” owner George McCaskey said. “Phil said it’s a process, and we just go through it and see what happens.”
Who Will Sign Brian Urlacher?
Baltimore Ravens 23/10
New York Giants 5/2
Cincinnati Bengals 7/2
Denver Broncos 4/1
Minnesota Vikings 6/1
Atlanta Falcons 6/1
Oakland Raiders 8/1
