According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Bluejays are 5.5-point road underdogs versus the Bulldogs while the total currently sits at 147.5 after the number opened as high as 150 at some sports books.
Creighton is 16-9 against the spread on the season and has been hot of late. The Bluejays have covered in six of their last seven road games and are 23-9-1 ATS in their last 33 games overall dating back to last year. They’re also 9-4 against the number in their last 13 games versus a team with a winning record, indicating they’re not backing down to tougher competition.
What about Butler? For starters, the Bulldogs have failed to cover the spread in four of their last five games versus the Bluejays and are just 4-9-1 against the number in their last 14 games versus Big East opponents. They’ve also failed to cover in seven of their last nine games versus a team with a winning record.
