According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, “George” is the current favorite to be the name of the new “Royal Baby” at 5/2 odds. The name “James” has the next-best odds at 3/1, while “Alexander” is 5/1 and “Louis” is 10/1.
Continuing with the current odds, “Richard” and “Henry” are both 12/1, respectively, while “Albert” and “Arthur” are both 14/1, respectively. “Philip,” meanwhile, is 16/1 and “Edward” has odds of 25/1 to be the “Royal Baby’s” name. The current long shot is “Charles” at 33/1.
According to William, the couple is “still working on a name” and that the pair will have “that as soon as we can.” The couple left the hospital on Tuesday evening, with William carrying the baby boy out in a car seat and installing him in the back of a black SUV per reports. He then got behind the wheel for the trip to their residence at Kensington Palace.
