Go Between Odds
The 2008 Breeders’ Cup Classic Championship is Saturday, October 23 and one of the thoroughbreds expected to give odds favorite Curlin a run is Go Between.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have established Go Between’s odds to win at 8/1.

After winning the Pacific Classic at Del Mar in late August, Go Between earned himself a spot in the 2008 Breeders’ Cup Classic. On top of winning the Pacific Classic, the thoroughbred also won the Millions and Fayette Classic, which were all significant victories considering they are distinctly different all-weather racing surfaces.
Experts marvel at how Go Between excels at distances of 1-1/8 miles or longer and has been consistent over his career. While not usually a pacesetter, Go Between can keep pace and often provide a late kick late to steal victory.
There is a ton of value in Go Between because of his consistency and his success running on various tracks. But be careful, he’s not going to blow away the competition and rarely (if ever) comes away with wire-to-wire victories. Again though, at 8/1 he has as much chance to knock off Curlin as any other thoroughbred on Saturday.
