Central Florida is 2-2 on the season, 1-1 at home and 2-2 against the spread. BYU is 4-1 overall, 2-0 on the road and 2-3 against the spread. These two last met in 2011 with BYU getting a 24-17 win at home.

The spread then dipped to 3 for a short time before moving back to 3.5. The over/under total opened at 47.5 points before slipping back to 47.

BYU is coming off a 35-20 loss at home to Utah State last week. Even bigger than that, the Cougars lost starting quarterback Taysom Hill for the rest of the year with a broken leg in the game. With Hill out, the Cougars struggled on offense as Christian Stewart went just 10 of 29 passing for 172 yards with three interceptions. Jamaal Williams did rush for 102 yards, but it wasn’t enough. BYU gave up 457 yards of offense to Utah State in the game as well.

Central Florida is coming off a 17-12 win at Houston last week. The Knight have won two straight since starting the year 0-2. UCF is averaging just 23 points and 281 yards per game on offense while holding opponents to 20.8 points per contest. Justin Holman has thrown for 659 yards and six touchdowns this year to lead the offense while Breshad Perriman has nine receptions for 258 yards and two scores.
