ALCS Game 3 Odds

Game 3 of the ALCS has the Kansas City Royals hosting the Baltimore Orioles at 8:05PM ET, with the Royals up 2-0 in the series (View Matchup). The Orioles will have Wei-Yin Chen on the mound to face Jeremy Guthrie of the Royals. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, this game is even, as each team has been given odds of -105 to prevail, while the over/under total for the contest has been set at 7.5 runs.
The Royals took a 2-0 series lead on Saturday with a 6-4 victory in Game 2. The Royals again won late, scoring two runs in the ninth inning as Alcides Escobar had the game winning-hit on a RBI double. Lorenzo Cain added a RBI hit in the inning as well as he went 4 of 5 at the plate in the win. The Royals bullpen was also important, as they pitched 3.1 innings of scoreless ball. The Royals have now won four straight over the Orioles and the two have hit the over in three straight meetings.
