Also inactive for the Bucs are cornerback Johnthan Banks, safety Dashon Goldson, linebacker Jonathan Casillas, defensive end Larry English, tackle Kevin Pamphile and guard Kadeem Edwards.
Defensive end Chris Canty, receiver Marlon Brown, linebacker Arthur Brown, tackle Eugene Monroe, guard Kelechi Osemele, tight end Ryan Taylor and defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan are inactive for the Ravens.
