ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) – New England Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo has been carted off the field after suffering a knee injury while making a tackle on Anthony Dixon midway through the second quarter of Sunday’s game against Buffalo.
The play happened on a first-and-10 run that Dixon carried for 3 yards. Mayo made the initial stop on Dixon, but ended up on the bottom of a pile.
