The Titans beat the Chargers 27-10 as a 3-point home favorite in their preseason opener two weeks ago but fell 26-16 to the Panthers as a 1.5-point home underdog last week. Rookie Derrick Henry also led the Titans in rushing by churning out 31 yards on just five carries.

OUR PICK: The Raiders will be a playoff sleeper this season in the AFC West and with tonight being a dress rehearsal for both teams, look for Oakland to turn it up a notch in the first half. Preseason games are hard to predict with the amount of backups that get into the game in the second half, but go with the better team in a game where the starters will see extensive time.
