Are the Seahawks a smart bet as a road favorite this afternoon against the Bucs at 4:05PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bucs are now 6-point home underodgs versus the Seahawks after opening as a 5.5-point dog earlier in the week. As for the total, the number hit the board at 45 but has been bet up to 46 at the majority of online and Vegas sports books.
SEAHAWKS KEY TRENDS: The Seahawks are perfect at the betting window in their last five games played in November and are a remarkable 21-3-2 against the spread in their last 26 games after accumulating more than 250 yards passing in their previous game. They’ve also covered in four of their last five games overall and are 4-1 against the number in their last five games following a win.
BUCS KEY TRENDS: The Bucs have also been an excellent bet in the month of November, going 21-8-1 against the spread in their last 30 games. That said, they’re 19-44-1 against the spread in their last 64 home games, are 5-12 against the number in their last 17 games following an ATS win and are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games when facing an opponent with a winning record.

OUR PREDICTION: The Seahawks have had plenty of success on the road against the Bucs, covering in four of their last five games in Tampa. The road team is also 7-2 against the spread in the last nine meetings between these two teams. The Bucs have ripped off back-to-back wins but the Seahawks are red-hot, winning three in a row and covering in three straight as well. Losing safety Earl Thomas is a definite blow, but the Bucs will have a difficult time slowing a now-healthy Russell Wilson, who has played like a MVP candidate this month. Look for the Hawks to pull away in the second half.
