MSU a good bet to bounce back?
Michigan State burned backers on Thursday with an ugly loss to Iowa but bettors shouldn’t shy away from taking Sparty today in Madison.

Michigan State and Wisconsin will tip-off at 1:30PM ET today and according to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Spartans are 6.5-point road favorites. The line opened at 6 but with 77% of public bettors backing MSU, the number climbed a half point.
Why Michigan State:
Because the Spartans have been a solid bet to bounce back under Tom Izzo. Over the past five years, Michigan State is 24-9 against the spread coming off a loss. In those 23 games, they’ve won by an average margin of 12.0 points and have covered by an average margin of +3.0.
Sparty is also 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games following a double-digit loss at home and are 8-3 at the betting window in their last 11 games following an ATS loss. On the other side, the Badgers are 5-11 ATS in their last 16 games overall and have failed to cover the spread in five of their last seven home games.
