The Astros have Collin McHugh (1-0, 3.00 ERA) on the mound to face Johnny Cueto (0-0, 6.00 ERA) of the Royals. This series is even at 2-2. According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, the Royals are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -130 to win, while the Astros are getting a money line of +120 to win. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7.5 runs.

The Royals are coming off a 9-6 win in Game 4 to get the series back to Kansas City. Each team has picked up a win at home and a win on the road. McHugh started Game 1, which was a 5-2 win for Houston on the road. Cueto started Game 2, which was a 5-4 win for the Royals at home.
