From Rotoworld: Straily (forearm) played catch Tuesday and is confident he will be fine. Straily made an early exit from Monday’s start against the Astros after his forearm swelled up when he was hit by a line drive. It doesn’t sound like a major concern, but he will go for a precautionary X-rays just to make sure. It sounds like he’ll be fine for his next start.
Urias surrendered six runs on seven hits over four-plus innings in Sunday’s loss to the Rockies. Urias took a no-hitter into the seventh inning against the Pirates in his last start, but Sunday saw no such pyrotechnics. Three runs touched home against him in the first inning via RBI hits by Nolan Arenado and Mark Reynolds, with two more scoring in the fourth inning on a Pat Valaika home run. Through four starts, Urias has posted a 3.43 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 11/11 K/BB ratio.
