Phillies vs. Braves Prediction
Will the Phillies and Braves play over the betting total tonight at 7:35PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Braves are -113 money line favorites versus the Phillies, who have odds of +103 to pull off the upset in Atlanta. With Aaron Nola set to face Jaime Garcia in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 8.5 runs.

From Rotoworld: Nola allowed four runs on five hits over three innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Marlins. Marcell Ozuna was the culprit for three of the four runs on Nola’s line, swatting a two-run home run off the 23-year-old right-hander in the first inning and an RBI single in the third. After surrendering just one run in seven innings against the Pirates in his first start off the disabled list (he was out a month with a lower back strain), Nola has yielded nine runs on 11 hits over nine innings in his last two outings. He will try for better results in a road start against the Braves next time he toes the rubber.
Garcia allowed just an unearned run over seven innings against the Angels on Wednesday. Garcia has given up just one earned run over 21 2/3 innings over his last three starts. If he can stay healthy from here, the Braves should be able to get more for him in July than they gave up in acquiring him from the Cardinals over the winter.
Bet Tonight’s Phillies vs. Braves Game
OUR PREDICTION: The over is 5-1 in the Phillies’ last six games overall, is 8-1 in their last nine games following a win, and is 11-4 in Nola’s last 15 starts. The over is also 34-16-2 in the Braves’ last 52 home games, is 66-32-4 in their last 102 games overall, and is 4-0 in their last four home games versus a right-handed starter.
